PCHInet Enrollment

In order to
ensure that your PCHInet application is processed in the most efficient manner
possible, please complete each of the steps listed below in order.
Go to www.pchinet.com
§ If
a PCHInet enrollment form does appear,
follow the instructions below for 2A.
Users on the Partners Network.
§ If a PCHInet enrollment form does not
appear,
follow the instructions below for 2B.
Remote Users.
§ If a
dialogue box appears that prompts you for your user name and password, please
call our helpdesk at 781-433-3757
Please be aware that you
will not be able to PCHInet until
you have successfully completed the enrollment process.
2A. Users on Partners Network:
q Fill in your information on the on-line
application.
(Hint:
For User Type and RSO selection, use the drop down arrow to view options and
make your selection)
q Click Submit.
q On the second page, you will be prompted to
enter your Partners user name and password.
(Hint:
If you need help remembering your Partners user name and password, call the
helpdesk 781-433-3757)
q Click Sign.
q Your PCHInet Enrollment is
complete!
2B. Remote Users:
q Click on the “Enroll Now” link on the right
side of the page.
q Check you are a New PCHInet User at the top
of the form.
q Fill in your information on the on-line
application.
(Hint:
For User Type and RSO selection, use the drop down arrow to view options and
make your selection.
q Be sure that you have
included an active email address in your application.
q Click Submit.
q On the second page, print the PCHInet
enrollment form.
q Complete and sign the form then fax to
781-433-3604.
q
You will
receive an email with a temporary password. Your password will be emailed to
the address you provided in the on-line application. You will have 14 days to
select a new password; otherwise you will be required to repeat the entire
PCHInet enrollment process.
